Do you take advantage of your banks bill pay features?
Having your bills automatically withdrawn from your checking account can free you from the hassle of keeping track of due dates, save you the time of preparing the payment and save the cost of postage. Many banks and credit unions offer a free online bill payment service as a courtesy to their customers. It's easy, and you can change the payment date and amount at any time.
STEPS:
1. Log into the bank website and follow the instructions given by the bank to locate the bill pay option.
2. Enter Ridgeline's information:

3. Under account number enter: Your last name
For example ours is set up with: *MYERSddd
This will be printed on the check so the school knows who the donation is from, and what the money should go towards.
4. Choose a date of the month that works for you. We have ours set for payday so that we don't notice too much. Be sure you set it as a recurring monthly payment so it happens automatically.
5. Choose a monthly amount that works for you to have the bank send to the school each month. If each family donated $370 a year, we wouldn't need to do ANY fundraising. That's just $31 a month, if you donate monthly year-round while your child attends Ridgeline. If that amount doesn't work for you, remember that any amount supports vital programs for our kids. Do what you can. You can always change the amount in the future.
It's that easy! Your bank then mails a check to the school each month, at no charge to you. Plus, at the end of the year Ridgeline will send you a donation receipt for tax purposes. It's a beautiful thing.
